With a little tender love and care, you can make sure your candles burn cleanly from start to finish. Discover our tips for the perfect Scent experience.
The Light.
To ensure the wax burns evenly, let the entire surface melt before putting out the flame.
The Wick Trimming.
Always trim the wick to 1/8 inch before relighting. The longer the wick, the larger the flame, which results in excess soot and an uncontrollable wick.
The Wick Centering.
Keep the wick centered at all times for an even melting of the wax.
The Burn.
To prevent overheating and surface damage, burn the candle for no more than four hours at a time on a heat resistance surface.
The Bittersweet End.
To avoid any potential damage to your surfaces or yourself, discontinue using the candle when there is about 1/2 inch of non-molten wax remaining.
Enjoy!
